How to register for Erasmus Data Summit 2025

Registering for the Erasmus Data Summit 2025 is your first step toward joining an event that brings together academics, industry leaders, policymakers, and students to explore the future of AI and data science. This year’s event, themed AI & The Digital Society: n=1?, offers a unique platform to engage in critical conversations, network with innovators, and discover cutting-edge research.

There are three ticket categories available to suit our diverse audience:

  • Student Tickets are reserved for currently enrolled students.
  • Alumni Tickets are for former students of the Erasmus University.
  • Corporate Tickets are designed for external, public or private organizations.
  • Faculty Tickets are for Erasmus University staff and employees.


Since tickets are limited, early registration is highly recommended to secure your spot. Whether you’re a student eager to learn, a professional looking to collaborate, or a researcher ready to share insights, the Erasmus Data Summit offers something for everyone.

Erasmus University Rotterdam

Step 1

The Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) uses a separate event management system for registrations. This means that you will need to create a new account if you don’t already have one.

Important for EUR employees:

  • Your ERNA ID or work account cannot be used to log in.
  • However, you can use your work email address to create an account.


How to create an account:

  1. Click on “Sign up now” below the login form.
  2. Enter your email address and set up a password.
  3. Alternatively, you can sign up using a social media account (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, or Apple).

Once you have created your account, you will be able to log in and proceed with your registration.

If you don’t have an account yet, click on "Sign up now"

You can also use a social media account to sign up!

Step 2

To ensure the security of your registration, you will need to verify your email address.

If you signed up using an email and password:

  1. Enter your email address and click “Send verification code.”
  2. Go to your email inbox and look for an email from the Erasmus Data Summit registration system.
  3. Copy the verification code from the email.
  4. Paste it into the verification field and click “Verify code.”
  5. Once verified, proceed to the next step.


If you signed up using a social media account:

  • Your email will be automatically verified, and you do not need to complete this step. You can continue with the next part of your registration.


Troubleshooting:

  • Didn’t receive the code? Check your spam folder.
  • Still no code? Click “Send new code” to request another.
  • Make sure you entered your email address correctly before requesting a code.

Next step is verifying your email address. If you used a social media account this is already filled in.

After clicking on "Send verification code" you should go to the inbox of the mail address you used where you’ll receive a verification code. Fill it in and click ‘Verify code’

Step 3

After verifying your email, you will be prompted to set up your account.

  1. Choose a secure password and confirm it.
  2. Enter your display name, first name, and last name.
  3. Click “Create” to finalize your account setup.


Once completed, you will be redirected to the event registration page where you can proceed with securing your spot.

Now you can fill in the rest of your details, choose a password, and click "Create". This will take you to the event registration page.

Step 4

Now that your account is created, you can complete your event registration:

  1. Fill in your attendee details, including:

    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Attendee type (e.g., Student, Corporate)
    • Organization or company you work for
    • Job title

  2. Select your ticket type, choosing from Student, Partner, or Normal admission.

  3. Provide any necessary accessibility information to ensure a comfortable experience at the event.

  4. Consent to photography and video usage for event coverage and marketing purposes.

  5. Click “Register” to confirm your participation.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket and further event details.

Finally, you can now register for the Erasmus Data Summit!
