What is the Erasmus Data Summit?

The Erasmus Data Summit is an annual conference focused on the impact of AI, data, and digital transformation on society. This year's theme, AI & The Digital Society: n=1?, explores the role of AI-driven hyper-personalization in education, government, and healthcare. The conference brings together researchers, students, policymakers, and industry leaders for a day of keynotes, discussions, and research showcases.

When and where will the event take place?

The Erasmus Data Summit will take place on April 10, 2025, at Erasmus University Rotterdam. The plenary sessions will be held in the Aula, while the partner fair and networking reception will take place in the adjacent Theil Building.

What language will the event be in?

The event will be mostly in Dutch, but live English translation will be available.

How can I purchase a ticket?

What ticket categories are available?

There are four types of tickets available:

  • Student Tickets
  • Alumni Tickets: For former students of Erasmus University.
  • Corporate Tickets: For representatives of public or private organizations.
  • Faculty Tickets: For researchers and staff of universities and higher education institutions.

Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended and comes with an exclusive early bird discount! Register now!

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your payment, but you may always appoint a replacement. If you do not have a replacement, your payment will be allocated to the Erasmus Trust Fund on behalf of the Erasmus Centre for Data Analytics.

What is the Partner Fair, and who can I meet there?

The Partner Fair is an interactive showcase featuring research projects, AI-driven solutions, and live demonstrations from Erasmus University research labs, AI startups, corporate partners, and public sector organizations. The full list of exhibitors will be announced shortly before the event.

Will food and drinks be available?

Coffee and tea will be available upon arrival, followed by a networking break with coffee, tea, and refreshments. During the Partner Fair, an extensive reception with light snacks will be provided.
